芽菜肉末
芽菜是用芥菜的嫩茎划成丝腌制而成,分咸、甜两种。咸芽菜产于四川的南溪、泸州、永川,创始于1841年;甜芽菜产于四川的宜宾,古称“叙府芽菜”,创始于1921年,现畅销于四川及京、津、沪等地。
