自己家包子---详细图解
我要上的不是饺子,是包子,特意上的PP是因为我无意中发现用这牌子包的包的皮皮很筋道(再一次声明,我没有做广告~~)

温水,里面加了盐,一点点糖,还有发..粉,在水面上洒上一层就可以了

准备馅料

五花肉切丁,葱切丁,姜剁末,放一起,加盐,鸡精,酱油,拌匀,再放油拌均匀,好了,自动闪一边去x'{,b6? F1d[ ~6b

白菜切指甲大小的丁,再加盐抓抓,放一会出水,再把水挤出来~粉丝水发好切段~~

把面加碱多揉一会,揉均匀了,再分小点~~放一边,记得包的时候就不能揉了~~

趁第二次发面的时间,先来把馅调好:出来水的白菜加油拌下,再放到肉里面,把粉丝也放进来,加盐,鸡精,糖一点,香油拌匀就OK了

馅调好后,那边安安静静的面也二次发好了,把它轻搓成长条,再分成小季子,擀皮~看下面一张......
