虾酱芋头梗
第一次发帖子,看着发吧`[font=Verdana]芋头梗先把外面一层撕掉,因为很硬的,再折成10厘米左右长,为什么要用撕的呢?因为外面一层外衣用撕才能撕的干净,会影响口感的哦```再就是开水里面煮一下,水会变的很黑,芋头梗呢会变很干净,像这样,看下面 [/font]

[font=Verdana]虾酱一瓶,稍微放多一点,(我烧的有点多袄,放了大半瓶下去)我用这个牌子的,便宜,不过这个有时候买的里面虾酱的味道都有点不一样,还是黄记的好点,香港李锦记的我不喜欢那味道,也贵[/font]
