2、用蚝油、生抽、鸡粉、一点盐、一小勺砂糖,加一碗水调成汁备用;

3、泡发的木耳撕小朵,和泡发的花菇一起放入砂锅,倒进刚才调好的汁,再加一碗清水,盖上锅盖煮开后,转小火煮一会儿;

4、煮开一锅水,把鲜虾氽烫,稍烫一下即可捞起沥干水分,不必煮熟;
