1 将蟹洗干净,我用牙刷刷干净的, 我买的手撕得年糕,将年糕一条条撕开,红萝卜切薄片,洋葱切一点,生姜切成姜丝,金针菇洗净切开,葱切沫

2 将蟹切好,由于蟹冷冻过了,蟹壳我翘不起来,所以只能把蟹壳剁碎了,建议把蟹壳整个取下来装盘漂亮哦.

3 将年糕放水里过凉,这样年糕就不粘在一块.因为我买的年糕已经很软就不需要抄水了.若是硬年糕需要在热水中先焯软再放凉水中过凉 .4IM
