手指饼干[7P]

材料:
全蛋150克,(我都按3个来放)
糖粉:150克
低粉:150克
1.蛋白打成粗泡分次加入白糖打成干性发泡.
2:蛋黄加入细砂糖打成乳白色并且体积面积变大.
3:把蛋白湖分两次加入蛋黄湖里翻拌均匀.
4:将低粉过筛到蛋湖里轻轻翻拌均匀,手法和做蛋糕一样.
5:烤箱预热180度10分钟.
6:裱花袋装入花嘴,将饼干湖装入袋子,烤盘上垫烘焙纸.将饼干湖挤到烤盘里成手指状.做一个大的圈饼,表面撒上糖粉.
7:送入烤箱移到上层180度烤15分钟.
