1.先将全部淡菜放进水中,弃去浮起来的那些不饱满或者不新鲜的淡菜,只要沉在底下的那些.然后放在流水下面清洗干净。这时候注意摘除淡菜上面附着的“系带”,这是淡菜固定在礁石、绳索上的唯一纽带。如果不除去这个带子,吃的时候总会感觉嚼不烂。ohx)Tgt1Z

2.半锅清水,投几片姜片和葱结进去,放点料酒.
