4.这时候,倒入半碗水,水量大概到饺子三分之一处.

6.趁这个空档,用面粉和水,按大约1:10的比例,调个稀稀的面粉水.

7.锅里发出滋滋声,越来越响,这时候锅里水差不多干了,打开锅盖,把调好的稀面粉水均匀倒入锅里(如果要撒芝麻和葱花就在这个时候撒入),转小火再煎至锅里水干,面粉水在锅底形成一个脆膜即可关火.
