紫苏香煎鸭胸
材料:鸭胸肉(两块),紫苏,姜片5D]l#{y

1:把鸭胸用盐,糖,酱油,老抽,鸡粉,生粉腌半天5R

2:下油锅炒一下姜片,连腌汁一起倒入锅内(姜片垫底,肉的一面向下)慢火煮至鸭胸内的汁流出(不用翻动);M6x.q Txk

3:用不粘锅下油,把煮过的鸭胸煎,两边轮流煎(慢火)每边煎的时间是一分钟左右,R `R6@of)Rk_

4:这样子不停的翻动,不停地煎,煎约半小时左右OK了-i%a-H'~2Jl6|Jh

5:把鸭胸盛起,把紫苏切碎,下于煎鸭胸的锅内炒香,打芡汁(水+生粉),煮成糊状
