炒锅内放大半锅水和橄榄油1大匙置炉上,开大火煮滚,下芦笋烫熟捞出沥水,趁热拌上盐和鸡精。炒锅内放橄榄油2大匙置炉上,开中火放入蒜蓉花椒炒香后离火,将油倒入烫好的芦笋拌匀,盖上盖焖20分钟。芦笋装盘,用剪刀将芦笋剪两段即可。&tDA
