先把蛋黄、酒、糖粉混合,用打蛋器把混合液打到颜色由金黄色变浅,成为淡奶白色&j)i@6u[&U6~a;p+aJ

再把 Mascoppone Cheese 搅进去,蛋白硬泡和前面的蛋黄+Cheese的混合物搅拌到一起,注意要轻轻的搅拌,不要搅拌过头把好不容易打发的蛋白泡泡给搅瘪了

饼干快速的蘸一下咖啡,注意,咖啡一定要是冷的,热的会把饼干泡得稀巴烂.

先铺一层,然后抹一半刚才调好的馅,然后再铺一层饼干,把剩下的馅都放进去.我故意买成9寸的模子,是想如果不够上面多加一层CREAM,其实这个量8寸就行了.n0~M }k
