药膳风味:鲜百合煎酿绿豆
近年来广州冒起了多间由中医师开办的药膳馆,倡导中药与膳食有机结合的药膳养生之道。这道“鲜百合煎酿绿豆”就是最近较流行的药膳新菜色,据说有润肺止咳、清热消暑的功效呢!

材料:绞肉2两、鲜百合1朵(洗净掰开)、熟绿豆、碎胡椒各适量、青红椒碎少许
